Fashion: intu Braehead Style Garden

At the weekend I headed over to intu Braehead to check out the Style Garden. The Style Garden, decorated with stylish mannequins, came to life over the weekend with numerous fashions shows, showcasing the latest trends from the likes of Oasis, Marks and Spencer, Warehouse, Dorothy Perkins, New Look, River Island and Monsoon. The show featured the latest key trends for SS16 which are Nauticaluxe, Imperial Red, Boho Bandit, Pink Soda and Monochrome. You can find more about the latest key trends over the intu website

My favourite look from the fashion shows was the Monochrome trend from Marks and Spencers which included the Archive by Alexa Chung Range. As well as catching a few of the fashion shows I took to the shops to shop the latest key trends and spotted quite a few floral beauties from Oasis and Warehouse.  Floral prints are always a favourite of mine during the summer months. I love bright bold prints and these are top of my wish list.

Floral Dress Oasis, £75
Floral Top Warehouse £29
intu have also been working with fashion industry experts and bloggers to find out what hot this season and asking them what's their SS16 Hero piece which you can read all about if you follow this link.

My hero piece for SS16 would have to be a good pair of brown sandals. Brown goes with nearly everything and brown sandals can either be dressed up with summery dress or dressed down with jeans or shorts. They would also be a great addition to a capusle wardrobe if you are going on a summer city break and need to pack light. I love these from Office for £45.

*Thanks to intu for inviting me along to Style Garden.
